WATER RATES
City water rates are charged at $14.75 for the first 1,000 gallons used, then an additional $6.25 for each additional 1,000 gallons used.
WATER SERVICE DEPOSIT
To establish water and sewer services there is a $25.00 non-refundable processing fee and a $150.00 deposit fee. The $150.00 deposit will be applied to the HOME OWNER's account as credit after 12 consecutive months of timely payments. The $150.00 deposit will be used to pay the final bill of the TENANT/RENTER.

SEWER RATES
City wide sewer rates are $34.00 per the first 1000 gallons and $8.00 for each additional 1,000 gallons or fraction thereof. Residential sewer consumption is based on the average water usage for the previous months of March through May billing cycle.
Business sewer consumption is charged for actual water used each month.
